Shipping Information

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.


Please allow 3 business days from the purchase date for your order to ship. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at  hello@thegoldenelixir.com

Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Golden Elixir we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our products and source the highest quality superfoods to be an added benefit to your daily life. We are confident you will love your product, and want you to have the opportunity to experience it without risk. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please email us at  hello@thegoldenelixir.com.

The Golden Elixir accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for products that have not been opened. Please note that returns cannot be accepted for opened and/or used products. If you have opened and tried your product and are not satisfied with it, please email hello@thegoldenelixir.com so that we may issue you a refund.

Please write to us with your return requests at hello@thegoldenelixir.com. In your request please include the following: name, date of purchase and reason for wanting to return the product. After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA number, clearly marked on the outside of the package, and provide us with tracking details for your package. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning the package in person, please provide us with your RA number. All returns must be approved and have an RA number.

Once we have received your returned product we will issue your refund within 48 hours. Please know that it takes 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
